Students who officially withdraw prior to the first day of class will be given a 100% refund.
Refunds will be calculated from date of withdrawal, which is the last date of actual attendance. Written notice of intent to withdraw must be given to the program director. No refund will be made to a student who withdraws unofficially or who has been required to withdraw by the school.
- Refund will be issued on tuition and fees under the following circumstances:
- A 100% refund will be issued if the student withdraws by the first day of class or if the school cancels the class.
- A 75% refund will be issued if the student withdraws by the drop date.
- Refund for multi-entry classes will be based on the percentage of class requirements
completed. - To comply with the applicable federal regulations regarding refunds; federal
regulations will supersede state refund regulations in this rule. - Students will be allowed to re-enter the program at a convenient time within six
months of withdrawal at no extra cost.
No refunds will be issued on the registration fee, books, uniforms, Installment fee, C/B, Ref, Processing fees or orientation check off list items.
No refunds will be issued to a student who was made to drop due to misconduct or
poor progress.
