Due to the COVID-19 outbreak Care One Health Training Institute expects all visitors or volunteers that experience symptoms associated with the COVID-19, to call the school at 919-773-7165 and stay home. If the symptoms present while at school, visitors or volunteers are expected to report it to the administrative staff immediately. These symptoms are: Fever of 100.4 F or 38 C, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.
Any visitors or volunteers that develop signs and symptoms of a respiratory infection while on site, should:

Visitors or volunteers are required to answer the questions below related to the COVID-19 and if one or more of the questions are answered “YES” they will not be allowed to enter the building.
