We are excited to hear that you are interested in taking a class with us! To ensure that you get the most out of your experience, we require all students to attend a mandatory information and orientation session. During this session, you will have the opportunity to learn about the course, curriculum, and expectations. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

Education Requirement: Must have completed high school or obtained a GED.

Immunization Requirements:

Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR): Provide 2 vaccines or a positive antibody titer.

Varicella (Chicken Pox): Provide either two vaccines or a titer.

Hepatitis B: Submit 3 Hepatitis B vaccinations or an IGG lab report of antibody titers.

Tuberculosis (TB): Must have it administered within the last 12 months.

Tetanus, Diphtheria, & Pertussis (Tdap): Must have been administered within the past 10 years.

Influenza (Flu): This may be necessary depending on the class and season.

Identification: Must provide two forms of identification, with the first being a government-issued ID and the second being a social security card (not laminated).

CPR Certification: If not already possessed, a CPR course provided by the American Heart Association - BLS can be taken at this CareOne Health Institute..
Attendees must fulfill all of the above requirements to be eligible to take a class.
